Refund Policy

Important information regarding our refund and return policy and procedure

OVERVIEW

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wholesaler@crsnacking.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 152 Maple Leaf Business Park, Manston, Ramsgate, KENT, CT12 5GY, GB.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 1 - RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their item without providing a reason.

However, in such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


SECTION 4 - EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In cases where a return is made without a valid reason, the cost of return shipping and original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wholesaler@crsnacking.com.

 

SECTION 6 - LOST PACKAGES

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at wholesaler@crsnacking.com with your order details. We will investigate the matter with the courier and keep you updated throughout the process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the courier to complete their investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement order at no additional cost.
